I was so happy with the service I received from Stratford RV. I had been dealing with Hiemstra Trailer Sales (where I purchased my trailer) since the end of May to replace my awning that was recalled. After several emails, phone calls and being lied to my face by the service department that never even reached out to Jayco to confirm if the awning was to be repaired or replaced. I reached out to Jayco to ask if there were any other Jayco dealers I could contact and they suggested I call Stratford RV to see if they could help. After almost 3 months of back and forth with Hiemstras I sent the photos to Stratford RV and within less than a month not only did Stratford RV step up to the task but they had my awning replaced in less then 2 weeks. I am forever grateful for their compassion and service I received from them even though I didnt buy my trailer there. They will be my dealership of choice for all my Jayco needs.
